Ninety-nine years ago a group of Lutheran farmers decided to buy the old Swedish College and provide a home for the elderly and young children.  Orchard Ridge (fomerly Coeur d’Alene Homes) was opened in 1921 and from the beginning our compassionate Christian care has remained constant.  Help us sustain our mission of compassionate Christian care for seniors residing in The Garden facility. You can provide hope and fill the $350,000 gap between what Medicaid pays and the actual cost of care for those residents who have exhausted all of their funds.
