News & Events

Our very own Activities Assistant, Tiffany Pettit was recently awarded Employee of the Year by the Idaho Health Care Association. From the time Tiffany was hired as Activity Assistant 3 years ago, she has been drawn to residents suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia. So much so that she received special certification in Dementia Training. Tiffany specializes in Memory Care and has developed such a special rapport with our residents with dementia. Tiffany manages our staff communication board and assists Human Resources with her office skills and creativity. Tiffany plans and throws all the employee appreciation parties and has outdone herself every year! She came up with the idea of providing employees’ children with school supplies in the fall as a company “thank you” and she singlehandedly carries that out. She teaches our CPR and First Aid classes and dementia training so that our staff can train in-house.

Congrats Tiffany!
