“Not another day should pass without me dropping you a note of THANKS!   Less than 3 weeks ago I brought to you folks my Dear-Dear 89 year friend, suffering from memory loss.  From the first phone call that informed me that there was an “open room” for her until today, I have received only the very best of “service” on my side of responsibility.   From EVERY DEPARTMENT,  the folks at The Garden have gone out of their way to make sure that all my questions have been answered and is there any thing else they could do to assist me in my journey as a supportive friend of a New Resident.  My Dear friend has no family West of the Rockies, my husband and I consider her to be our “great aunt”, she has been part of our family for over 25 years.  Sadly, her memory has been slipping over the past years, and this became the time to move her from a Local Assisted Living to The Gardens Memory Care Home.  With tears in my eyes, and a quiver of my chin, I am so very-very pleased and “relieved” that she is receiving the very best of care.  Both physically and emotionally! !   The cleanliness of the Facility, the food, the total environment, the care and concern of the staff, the office staff, the care givers, the housekeeping, laundry  & the maintenance staff….. and all the rest of the supporting staff working behind the scenes are REMARKABLE ! ! ! In just one sentence I can surely say; The Gardens Memory Care Home:  “SHOWS LOVING CARE & CONCERN FOR ALL ITS RESIDENTS WELL BEING BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY”

“My heartfelt thanks (along with those from our family) for your excellent care of my husband while he lived at Orchard Ridge for the past 17 months. The Staff in the Memory Care Unit became our family, and we all loved them, especially my husband. They were his ‘kids.’ God’s special blessing on you as you continue in what we consider your Ministry, in caring for all the others who are there, or will be in the future! Thanks again and again!”

“No words can express our appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Orchard Ridge for the care and personal concern given to our mother. Thank you so much for the compassion shown to her and the entire family during her final days. We hold everyone in high regard at Orchard Ridge. Thank you so very much.”

“To all the staff, administration, caregivers, housekeepers, and kitchen staff at Orchard Ridge: There are no words to convey our deep gratitude for the loving kindness you all showed to my mom. In the last, most difficult 3 years of her life, she found a loving home with all of you as her family. She was loved and gently cared for, and I know she was at peace. Our entire family would like to thank you again for all of the love and compassion you gave so unconditionally to both Mom and Dad. You are truly some of the kindest, most loving folks we’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Thank you again. We feel as though you have become an extension of our family and for that we are forever grateful.”

“I want to thank each and every one of you for making my last two weeks with my mother so memorable. Words can’t express how much love, compassion and comfort I felt, not only to mother, but our whole family. We are truly blessed to have all of you in our lives and know how much you care.”

“Loving-Kindness is the term I think of when I recall the care my grandmother received at Orchard Ridge. This attribute of excellent care can be easily lost amidst the challenges of elder care in these times. Far from being lost, it defines the care given on a daily basis in Memory Care.”

“You are all amazing! My parents and I were treated very well during our time at Orchard Ridge. There are so many examples of your compassion, thoroughness, joyfulness, diligence, availability, dependability, and patience that we witnessed while we were there. Our days are brighter for having been at Orchard Ridge and having the chance to know so many of you.”

“We can’t express in words how appreciative we are for the care you gave to our mother. You all say “that’s what you are there for” but the way you do it shows your heart and soul is in the care. It’s not just a “Job.” We are so blessed to have our mom at Orchard Ridge and think of all of you as our extended family.”

“Thank you for providing my mom a safe, warm, loving and kind atmosphere to call “Home.” We appreciate each of you very much!!”

“I am a Nurse Practitioner and have worked in assisted living in northern California doing medication management. I know what an excellent facility is like. We have been so pleased with the attention given to my grandmother. Our grandmother is such an important and valuable part of our lives. To know that she is safe, and cared for with expertise, patience and love is priceless. We greatly appreciate the excellent care that she is receiving at Orchard Ridge.”
